This building originated as the “shooting Gallery” for the Phippsburg Sportsmen’s Club. Pop bought the building and had Mr. Kopp bring it down Route 209 and set it up near Hidden House. At 70 ft long, he turned it into a duplex. The Annex is 1 mile from Popham Beach State Park.

The front unit “The Arbor” sleeps 4, has a full kitchen, bath w/ shower and a screened-in porch. The back unit “The Gallery” also sleeps 4 and has a full kitchen, bath w/ Shower and a screened-in porch. There are 2 “off-street” parking spots for each unit.
